4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Half the total cost of the charter is due upon booking
  • Balance: To be settled 48 hours before the departure of the yacht
  • Incidental fees (as applicable): To be paid following the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments via major credit cards, electronic funds transfer, and verified checks are accepted. All payments are processed through secured, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours prior to departure: Total refund subtracting processing fees
  • Between 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50% of the amount
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case of unsafe weather conditions, as decided by our captain, we will present the following options:

  • Rescheduling to a subsequent available slot without extra charges
  • A full refund if rescheduling is infeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical issues arise with the assigned vessel, we will endeavor to supply an appropriate alternative. If an alternative is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:
