3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Charter reservation prerequisites include:

• Minimum age of eighteen years
• Provision of accurate, complete information
• Advance payment as outlined in your reservation confirmation
• Acquiescence to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A charter booking is deemed confirmed following our acknowledgment of payment and issuance of written confirmation. We reserve full discretion to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

All charters are contingent on boat availability and agreeable weather conditions. We strive to accommodate your requested dates and timing to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quotations are stated in £ and include applicable taxes, except as otherwise noted. Pricing is subject to change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: Half the total cost of the charter is due upon booking
• Balance: To be settled 48 hours before the departure of the yacht
• Incidental fees (as applicable): To be paid following the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments via major credit cards, electronic funds transfer, and verified checks are accepted. All payments are processed through secured, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours prior to departure: Total refund subtracting processing fees
• Between 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50% of the amount
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case of unsafe weather conditions, as decided by our captain, we will present the following options:

• Rescheduling to a subsequent available slot without extra charges
• A full refund if rescheduling is infeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical issues arise with the assigned vessel, we will endeavor to supply an appropriate alternative. If an alternative is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

• Abide by all directions provided by the crew
• Use safety gear as necessary
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety
• Stay within permitted zones on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on the yacht:

• Containers made of glass
• Illicit substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Excess beverages beyond personal consumption
• Animals (except as pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Patrons must behave in a manner that is respectful. Any conduct that poses danger or disturbs other passengers' experiences may result in the termination of the charter and forfeiture of refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

Liability on our part is restricted to the amount paid for the charter service. We are not liable for:

• Injuries sustained due to guests' negligence
• Theft or damage of personal items
• Indirect or consequential damages or any punitive damages
• Delays from weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain robust marine insurance policies for our vessels and operations. Passengers are advised to have their own travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engagement in our boating services is an acknowledgment of inherent risks associated with maritime activities. You accept responsibility for your safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itineraries, paths, or timetables may be adjusted based on climatic conditions, safety imperatives, or operational needs. Every effort will be made to offer comparable alternative arrangements.

9. Force Majeure

No liability shall attach to us due to delays, cancellations, or alterations stemming from incidents beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Mechanical faults
