Each service type comes with different inclusions—for example, sunset sails provide upgraded refreshments and light snacks, whereas business charters come with meeting facilities and corporate-focused catering.
When should I reserve my booking?
Reserving 2–3 weeks prior is advisable, especially in the high season, which is from May through September. For business gatherings and personal celebrations, it's best to book 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure better selection and to accommodate custom requests.
What is the procedure for inclement weather conditions?
Our paramount concern is your safety. Should our captain determine that weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose a new date for your charter or offer a complete refund. We constantly track the weather forecasts and will reach out to you if any concerns arise 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
May I bring my personal food and drinks?
Certainly, personal food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. We also boast impressive catering services and can tailor menus according to your tastes. For safety concerns, we do not allow glass containers aboard.

Can you tell me about your cancellation policy?
A full refund is provided for cancellations made 72 hours in advance of departure. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours ahead can expect a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund, apart from cancellations due to weather conditions or mechanical issues from our side.
